Whangamata is a holiday destination, so our services are tailored to the seasonal influx. 

Taxi High Season

Every Day Dec 20th to January 15th, plus

Beachhop & All Long Weekends

HIGH SEASON HOURS - 6pm - 1am

Taxi Low Season

January 16th to December 19th.

NIGHTS - Thu/Fri/Sat**

LOW SEASON HOURS - 6pm - Midnight

Intercity - Waihi

(both of these services only operate if there are bookings)

SERVICES OFFERED:

The taxi service covers Opoutere to Whiritoa and is split into these 3 sectors. 

​Across Town

From Aileen Place to the Estuary Storem to Widdison Place, Estuary Heights and Lower Wentworth Valley.

Fares - $15 single + $5 per extra passenger (single drop off)

​Outta Town

From the Transfer Station to the Whangamata Side of Whiritoa Hill, Onemana and the Upper Wentworth Valley (Past Mark's Farm!)

Fares - $22 single + $5 per extra passenger (Single drop off)

​Way Outta Town

Opoutere & Whiritoa.

Fares $35 single + $5 per extra passenger (Single drop off)

Airport Transfers

Fares - $195 for the first two passengers with  one suitcase per passenger. $45 per extra passenger

​Auckland Central

Fares - $220 for the first 2 passengers $50 per extra passenger.
